The Manor gets its name from Isaiah 40:31. “But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” A place were Christian leadership can reconnect to the God of the universe and renew their strength, where they can mount up, was again, to soar…where they can find rest and re-energize their zeal and their vision.

Jan and I provide the overall services at the Manor. We have several volunteer groups who come in occasionally to assist in cleaning, and prayer support. It is our pleasure to serve God’s servants in this manner.

18. How are you funded?

The Manor is funded through private donations, either by individuals, churches or corporations. It is the goal of the ministry to provide a place where groups can develop unity, worship the Lord, find rest and comfort and build strong teams without the added burden of finding a way to pay for the opportunity to come.

As told to others, God provided the vision, God provided the perfect location and God provided the resources to furnish modify and decorate the Manor, so God can certainly provide for its daily operations. Glory to God for His provision!
